Studio Policies

These policies keep things running smoothly and ensure every guest gets my full attention.

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time to your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled.

At 30 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations + Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

Service Timing + Hair History
If you arrive late or with unexpected changes to your hair history, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Hair integrity and quality of results will always come first.

Guests + Children
Do not bring small children or additional guests to your appointment unless previously discussed.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. All sales are final.

Adjustments
If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out within 7 days so I can make it right. I want you to love your hair, and if you’re unhappy I want you to tell me.

Adjustments are only offered on services performed by me and do not include changes in desired results.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if expectations are unrealistic, boundaries are not respected, or I feel the appointment is not a good fit.
